While the primary focus of Free Spirit Energy Healing is on helping animals, Debbie also offers Energy Healing to physical spaces – such as homes, offices and other buildings, to clear any negative or residual energy from previous occupants. What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing is an experiential healing system and works on all levels of your being; it can only be partially comprehended in the mind, and the rest is understood through inner guidance and self-awareness. It is a “self-healing” therapy because all healing is self-healing. The practitioner is trained to hold the energy and create the space for you to transform on whatever level you are ready for.
Results of energy healing vary greatly for each individual, common effects can include:
- physical symptoms are eased or fall away
- greater quality of sleep and a feeling of well-being
- greater peace, joy, confidence, focus, and/or clarity
- greater trust, in both self and others
- increased intuition and synchronicity in relationships
- physical spaces are filled with positive energy, which clears any negative energy
Are there any special requirements?
Energy healing does not require you to have faith, follow a specific religion, or even believe in it, in order for it to be effective. It merely takes your willingness to heal and transform. Please also see the Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
